Hello again and happy June! It is crazy to think that we are almost halfway through 2020 – what an unexpected year so far. Since it is the beginning of a new month, I thought I would give myself a new challenge: creating blue hats for Hat Not Hate. For those of you who don’t know what Hat Not Hate is, it is a campaign in association with Lion Brand Yarn (my favorite yarn brand) with a goal of bringing awareness to and ending bullying.

Hey Guys! This is Melissa, Stacy's younger sister and helper with The Castillo Collection launch. When we were all kids, Stacy was introduced to the art of knitting (later crocheting also) and for a little while I used to knit a couple of decently made scarves along with her. I unfortunately fell off the wagon, but Stacy kept on pursuing, wanting to learn more about the craft and always having some ideas for hand-made items for family and friend gifts. She has had the idea of starting her own business for a little while, and I am very proud of her for taking the plunge.

Hello friends! We're so happy that you found your way to our website. To give you a quick introduction, my name is Stacy, and I am the "hands" in the hand-made creations that are available here for you. I do have a helper, my current business partner/motivator is my sister, Melissa. She helps me with the many tasks that come up, both big and small. Together we decided to make the leap in launching The Castillo Collection, and plan on adding more creations for you, as well as making more blog posts to keep you posted on new promotions and ideas we have.
